John A. Harrison (JAH), President and Co-founder, began his career at AT&T Bell Laboratories, where he documented, then supported, central office data switch hardware. From there, Mr. Harrison held various management positions at Digital Equipment Corporation involving both software documentation and product usability. Mr. Harrison has expertise in information design, development, and management including
structured information (XML), product user interface, user documentation, web sites, and training. Mr Harrison's expertise also includes usability, technical support engineering, project and general management. Mr. Harrison's ideas on information design and product development have been
taught at Northeastern University in Boston. Mr. Harrison has a B.S. degree in Technical Writing from Polytechnic University of New York.
Robert Govoni, Co-founder, has over 20 years experience in the high-tech industry.
Throughout the course of his career, Mr. Govoni has worked in various areas of
product development, including Course Development, Training, Quality
Assurance, Usability Testing, and User Interface Design. This varied
experience has given Mr. Govoni a rare perspective on the overall product
development process.
Mr. Govoni has given presentations and written papers on various topics, such as
user experience analysis, task analysis, information architecture,
benchmarking, and usability.
